COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Api Motion MAC-M512-EM80 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lincoln products, including obsoleted and phased-out Intelligent-Motion-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gettys product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lincoln such as the LM24291 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M33424IOS manufactured by Intelligent-Motion-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Intelligent-Motion-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M320SM0A1001AD by Manufacturer Gettys as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand M4110T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as MAC071C0GS4C095A0J521LX equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M6194B1011 made by Honeywell as well as the popular MAC090C0GD4C110A0WI520LXS001 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M3325 by Baldor and MAC071C0GS4C095A0J521LX spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M113005500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson. |
